Kid-Friendly Haircuts In A Fun, Welcoming Atmosphere

While we try our best to accommodate walk-ins when our schedule allows, we strongly recommend booking an appointment. Because we specialize in children's haircuts, appointments help us ensure every child gets the time and attention they need without waiting in a crowded salon.

We know getting out the door with little ones can be unpredictable! We offer a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive past this window, we may need to reschedule your appointment or take the next scheduled client to ensure we don't fall behind for the rest of the families visiting us that day.

If you have an evening appointment scheduled close to our closing time (e.g., 6:30 PM), rest assured your stylist will be there. We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes early so we can get your little one settled in for their cut before the salon closes for the day.

It is completely normal for children—especially infants and toddlers—to be frightened or fussy during a haircut. Our goal is to make them as comfortable as possible using our novelty car chairs, TVs, and toys. If your child is very squirmy or distressed, we encourage parents to hold them in the chair. Note: If a child is moving excessively, we may need to simplify the haircut or pause the service to ensure their physical safety with our scissors and clippers.

We love reference photos! Please show your stylist a picture of your goal before the cut begins. If your child has curly hair, please remind the stylist, as curls shrink when cut and require specific techniques. We also encourage you to communicate with your stylist throughout the haircut—let us know immediately if you'd like the length adjusted or the bangs trimmed differently.

The health and safety of your children is our top priority. We follow strict operational procedures for sanitizing our scissors, clippers, combs, and novelty chairs between every single client. Our indoor slide and waiting area toys are also regularly disinfected throughout the day.

Historically, we have loved giving out lollipops to celebrate a great haircut! Occasionally, due to health guidelines or supply shortages, we may temporarily halt handing out unwrapped treats. We recommend bringing your child's favorite small snack just in case.

If you are cutting your child's hair for a donation organization (like Wigs for Kids or Locks of Love), please let us know beforehand! While we do not directly mail the hair to the organizations for you, we are more than happy to properly measure, bind, and safely bag the hair so that you can easily mail it to the charity of your choice.
